What is the main advantage of selling potatoes through a vending machine?
“There are no set hours in which you must replenish. Well, that needs to be done a lot, because we sell a lot. We clearly meet a demand in our region. The purchase threshold is also very low: the customer simply and safely parks his car next to the vending machine and only buys the product he wants, without having to wait.”
Why did you opt for Vendavid’s vending machines?
“The great capacity. But also the high quality of the machine, which makes it very reliable. And if I do need Christophe from Vendavid, he’s always standing by. He also knows his machines very well. Which is not surprising, of course: Christophe designs the machines himself.”
How do you feel about your decision?
“I am very satisfied. In just a few years, my business has grown rapidly: two first vending machines in April 2018, a third one a year later, two more in mid-March 2020 … Not a day goes by without refilling. The refilling process is a lot of work, but it also brings a lot of success!”
