In 2017, Vendavid was founded by Christophe David to develop and to produce rock-solid potato, fruit and vegetable vending machines and taking over this activity from Inagra, a player in industrial automation, based in Pittem in Belgium. The manufacture of vending machines for agricultural produce is a very specific niche within agro vending machines. This requires specialisation and focus. This is why the manufacture and development of agricultural vending machines has been housed in a separate company: Vendavid.
This gives Inagra the opportunity to further specialise in winding and pressing machines, while Vendavid focuses exclusively on the design and manufacture of agro vending machines. At the same time, Vendavid and Inagra will continue to work side by side thanks to the new assembly location for the vending machines.

Meet Christophe David, Managing Director of Vendavid

Christophe David, Managing Director of Vendavid, has been involved in building and developing vending machines for agricultural produce since the very beginning. In 2017 he founded Vendavid, where he is responsible for manufacture, further product development and service. Christophe holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural mechanisation. Moreover, as the son of a farmer he knows perfectly which needs his potato, fruit and vegetable vending machines have to meet.

All Vendavid vending machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Belgium. More specifically, in our own workshop in Pittem in the province of West Flanders. From the welding work of the construction to the electrical cabling and the final finishing of the exterior. A Vendavid vending machine is 100% Belgian craftsmanship, and we are proud of that.
