What is the biggest advantage of selling through a vending machine?
“We can offer our customers fresh products 24/7 without having to stand by like in a real shop. Just top it up on time and the machine will do the rest.
In order to meet the demand, we have a total of 7 machines that we have placed in groups of 2 or 3, at 3 locations. All machines have 6 or 7 layers, so that we can continuously offer up to almost 750 products. We are notified by SMS when a product needs to be replenished, and customers can pay both in cash and electronically.”
Which products do you sell in the vending machines?
“Our main products are potatoes in 5 or 10kg bags, and eggs in boxes of 6, 12 or 30. We also offer a various range of seasonal products such as leeks, apples, apple juice, radishes, strawberries, etc.”
