What is the main advantage of selling potatoes through a vending machine?

“Their flexibility, in several aspects. For example, you don’t have to be present on the farm all the time, when you’re selling through vending machines. At the same time, you determine the price yourself. That makes the vending machine an interesting option for extra sales.”
